LASooner 24
Folder indexing is still there. I was using the filtering to create a top level favorites folder without using legacy browsing.
ebr 14901
Yeah, sorry. It was causing problems so I had to remove it.
LASooner 24
So it's gone for good or gone for now?
ebr 14901
Never say never but I don't have plans to try and bring it back. MBC has so many options and this one was problematic and probably used by about 1% of users. I'm sorry you were one of those but, perhaps we can address it in some other way. Logos302 86
Could a Playlist be made to support some of this? Or is this more a Smart Playlist feature?
LASooner 24
The sticking point is my wife uses the favorites directory everyday, whether to quickly get to my kid's stuff or watching her preferred TV shows, she doesn't want to drill down into the folders to get to favorites, having the favorites directory at the the top level that contains both TV and Movies is what she wants, and is what is currently causing me the most grief right now. I guess it's back to legacy browsing, but it's noticeably slower.
