ThermoDust 12
Raspberry Pi 2 at this time isn't running all that well with Kodi/Openelec and Media Browser. I have noticed for the most part, playback is spot on and works well. The only time that the performance has issues is rendering menus with content, which I assume is when it is talking with the backend server. If you have any tweaks that you have found improves it performance pleaes share. Thanks
Customschief 2
I will try it tomorrow in the office... thats where i have time for this ;-) I think a bit overclocking and raising the RAM for the GPU should do it.
ThermoDust 12
Let me know, at this point I think it is all CPU related so overclocking might help. The only time I see a performance issue is when moving between menus such as TV to Movies. I have found lowering the amount of items it pulls helps with performance but I am still tweaking. bob808 2
Did anyone find any optimisations for the pi2? I have livetv and the epg working great now and this was unusable on the first pi but media browser has a delay before showing any content after picking movies or tv series from the main menu When it does load the content it is fine playing it all back
