Reporting Issues

Hi All,

 

I'm not perfect, so I know there will me issues with the app.

 

 

For any non playback related stuff, can you provide me with the app version, and as much detail as you can (how to reproduce, what is happening, photos if possible) 

 

For playback issues of a particular item, can you:

  1. In the web server management, go to advanced, then security, and create a new api key called swagger
  2. Run the below http search with the correct ID's in a web browser
  • http://SERVERIP:ServerPort/mediabrowser/Users/USERID/Items/ITEMID/?format=json&api_key=APIKEY

From web interface, go to my preferences and in the top bar you will see userId=

From web interface, go to an item, and in the url you will see id= (ItemId)

Server IP and Port you should know..

API key is the one you created in step 1

 

Basically let me know the results.
