Andersonbd 0 Posted February 9, 2015 Share Posted February 9, 2015 I have a Samsung UN55HU7250FXZA 55" curved 4k. I followed the steps to download the app, it showed up, but won't load. I click on it and the TV just sits there thinking. Eventually after about 15 to 30 seconds it just goes back to live TV. Sometimes it says "try again later" thoughts? Strudo76 7 Posted February 10, 2015 Share Posted February 10, 2015 Make sure the pc with the server installed allows traffic through the firewall on TCP port 8096. We had similar issues and was trying all different things so I don't know that this was the actual solution, but it worked after doing that and shutting down the TV and restarting.
