CBers 6770
I posted the F8000 details above. @@DaN confirmed they were the same for the F7500. I'll update your file tomorrow. . Edited February 2, 2015 by CBers
cragjagged 44
I've dropped in the E series info from the ES7000 manual
chessdragon136 677
Great! I am making the assumption that all series of a tv can play the same files but I don't think that's too bad. Must be better than the current system
cragjagged 44
There may be some oddities with firmware versions introducing newer features (probably only relevant for F series onwards), and some of the newer models in the D and E series may have more support than the original D and E series models. Taking the approach you are though should work, there may just be a of fringe cases where the app is missing a couple of rarer formats in the compatibility matrix
chessdragon136 677
Yeah its never going to be perfect unless its coded on a per model per firmware basis, and that's never going to happen! Thanks to all those who helped, I think its done now Edited February 3, 2015 by chessdragon136
SamES 890
@@chessdragon136, I've added a document for ES8000 in your OneDrive folder. It has a few extra formats not in @@cragjagged's list. I've also included music and image formats for future reference.
