AxeMan 22 Posted January 8, 2015 Share Posted January 8, 2015 So I've got two requests or questions... My tablets don't have data, so I am constantly running mobile hotspot on my phone to stream. I connect back to home via VPN, that forwards all traffic. I'm wondering if this causes the android client to think i'm on the local lan? IF that supposition is true: Is there any way (say either looking for a ping on tun0) or via broadcast packets, for the app to determine truly on the same lan or remote? The next is biggish? Say i'm on a road trip, and the kids have two android devices... i'd like my device (phone) to be the browser that would mirror content to both of the kids' devices. Is this doable? I think someone asked it earlier regarding multi-monitor setup in the house. I can't seem to find the outcome of it. Keep up the good work fellas!
