heatvent 0 Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 I am trying to setup a Linux MB3 server to work with a Ceton Echo. I tried with no path substitution and audio plays on all my files but video is black screen. If I use path substitution I can play MPEG-2 videos but not H.264 videos. I have tried both Ubuntu 14 desktop and server editions and have the same results. If I shutdown the Linux server and use MB3 server on a Windows box, I can play everything no issue. Ideally, I want the server to transcode the files and would like to use Linux if possible. Anyone else experience similar issues with an extender/Echo? Or, any thoughts on what the Linux server might be doing differently than a Win based server that I might be able to troubleshoot? Thanks!
