Reorder issue in webclient shows two music directories

MBS Version 3.0.5464.40000 and webclient Chrome 39.0.2171.95

 

I have a issue if I add a new user reordering displays two simular music directories in the webclient.This should be one.As a consequence the left navigation menu in the webclient of the particular new user displays two simular music dir and only one works correct. I guess this is a bug.
