I want to give remote access to two kids in Ukraine to my emby collection, I am giving these kids my old NINTENDO WII with a 24 inch non smart tv to play it on but i thought i could also give access to my EMBY collection & cost is a factor. I am under the impression from another thread that the  Google Chromecast With Google TV HD is the best option but its a lot more pricy than a firestick , now i know a 3rd gen firestick and any version after this will work perfectly but a used 2nd gen firestick is so much cheaper & they say it can play  hevc or x265 which is the codec I'm worried about  but I find the info on these sticks very sparse & would love to know if anybody has any experience using a 2nd gen firestick to play hevc

I thought that's the way you do it , is it not ?

Not. Quite the contrary, netiquette all caps is considered shouting and generally avoided - unless you really have a reason to. 😉
