Hello, 

Both of my servers won't connect or wake. Please help me to reconnect.

Hi there, what exactly happens when you try to connect?

It appears to try and 'wake' the server, but i don't get to the home screen. Basically this is where I'm stuck at. I'm scared to sign out and back in without knowing my password.

Is your emby server running? Are you able to use the server web interface on the server machine?

It is using Emby Connect. There are little green cloud icons on your Emby server icons. The username attached to this Emby Connect server is Promogal. You click that username. Click on Promogal. Then you need to know the password for Promogal. It is the exact same password you are using on these Forums to log in as Promogal.

On that screen you show you are at a spot where you are not logged in to any specific user yet. There is no user context. The app cannot launch into the home screen without a user context. Since you already have the username shown at the top using Wake Server will likely not do anything. If you click the username Promogal and complete the password prompt it should log you in and then remember you next time unless you changed the "remember me" setting in the app.

Both the Emby servers you show have cloud icons attached meaning they are tied to a single user through Emby Connect.

If instead you want to manually connect to your server IP you would skip the Emby Connect part.

Do you own these Emby servers? Are they local on your network?

I do not own them, they were shared to me. When the John McCLANE stopped working the 2404 just popped up and was working on my account, until now.17622653354121109743559708306137.jpg

Maybe you were down at the time you tried to contact to them. Since it’s not your server I would always make sure to check with them if you’d having an issue.
