404 Not Found and possible database issues

Hi all.

Long long long story, but the short(ish) version is this:

1) TNAS web interface stopped responding

2) Had to resort to reinstalling TNAS OS and changing  the IP of the device to avoid any cache issues

3) Emby ceased to work with 502 Bad Gateway errors

4) Uninstalled Emby, and reinstalled. Emby still not working, this time with 404 Not Found errors

I'm suspecting some config or database file issues and so on. So, I want to try this:

1) Uninstall Emby again

2) Delete all left over files and folders

3) SSH into TNAS and delete:-

           Hidden user 'emby'

           Any hidden groups that 'emby' has been added to (I have 2 it seems)

4) Reinstall Emby and see if this fixes the problem.

I'm stuck at step 3. I can't seem to find any commands that work. 'gpasswd' is Permission Denied, and groupdel gives a permission denied error along with an "unable to lock" message.

Anyone know what SSH commands I can use on the Terramaster to delete users / groups?

Also going to post on a Terramaster forum, but I figured someone here may have had a simialr problem at sopme point.

Hey Luke. Apologies. Work got in the way, and the NAS itself is at the point if me throwing it out of the window. I did manage to delete the hidden Emby user and any groups I'd created that had 'disappeared' from the GUI during the issues.

Unfortunate due to the NAS once again throwing a fit and randomly saying drives were out/failed when they hadn't I haven't got around to reinstalling Emby yet.

There is one thing though.... I did try installing the TNAS Emby package manually but no matter what version I try the TNAS installer says the version is incorrect and won't install it. Any ideas why that may be? Just for when I finally get it up and running again.
