Smartthings Imtegration Losing Settings

Hi.

I've been using the Smartthings integration for some time, configured to dimthe lights etc when I start movies after a certain time.

This appears to have stopped, and upon checking the plugin details, its lost its configuration for the device profile. 

I configured it again, it works straight away, and then the following day, its lost its settings again.

Is this a know issue or has anyone else experienced this?

This dropdown menu in the profile configured is where it pulls through the routines in Smartthings. I set these and save it, it works. The next day its blank and doesn't work
