tOLJY 44 Posted October 13 Posted October 13 (edited) 3.5.12 of the ap just updated on my TCL google TV. - there is a bunch of empty space above continue watching for some reason - headings are massive (latest x, latest y) and have way too much of a margin and for some reason are clickable now (don't need this when I have a link to my media in its own widget) - the new S1, E1 format with the comma looks horrible This is all I've noticed so far but there's probably more. Why change something that looked good and polished? It looks rough and low quality now... Edited October 13 by tOLJY
Luke 41225 Posted October 13 Posted October 13 Hi there, can you please show a screenshot example? Thanks.

In blue, episode formatting doesn't look as good as before and in green, selectable heading which seems larger and didn't used to be selectable, used to allow you to only select though the titles which is way better. 1
tOLJY 44 Posted October 30 Author Posted October 30 Any updates on this? At least if you guys can quickly get out a fix for the blank space that would be awesome, thanks
Luke 41225 Posted October 30 Posted October 30 Hi, please let us know how the next update to the app compares for you. Thanks. 1
tOLJY 44 Posted October 30 Author Posted October 30 Thankyou! When should I expect it? New version is still not available for me on my Google TV.
tOLJY 44 Posted Tuesday at 05:03 AM Author Posted Tuesday at 05:03 AM Hi, I've just updated to 3.5.15 and it looks much better. Naming convention back to what it was and no headings selected. However, there is still a huge gap in-between the first items in the UI which isn't as prominent on my phone, so not sure why it's affecting the TV version so much. Are you able to reduce the padding in this area? see attached .
Luke 41225 Posted Tuesday at 05:39 AM Posted Tuesday at 05:39 AM It can be reduced a little bit, yes.
tOLJY 44 Posted Tuesday at 06:35 AM Author Posted Tuesday at 06:35 AM Comparing it to the difference between all the other sections, it's probably twice as large as it should be. It looks completely fine on a phone though. 1
tOLJY 44 Posted Thursday at 03:44 AM Author Posted Thursday at 03:44 AM @LukeI've done some moving of the home screen widgets around and it appears that it's specific to the small my media widget only. Spacing between everything else is good, just that widget seems to have extra bottom padding. Pictures for reference. 1
