Scroll issue EPG when background live-TV is active

I thought that this issue was fixed in an erlier version op EMBY UI, but its not fixed/still an issue:

When scrolling using the Remote Control (RC), vertically through the EPG if live-TV is visible at the background, the scrolling mostly spontaneous continues allthough the up or down key on the RC is not pressed anymore. This unwanted response contineous and is very anying..... If live-TV is stopped, this contineous scrolling doesn't happen.....thus it seems to be related to live-TV on the background of the EPG....

Could this be fixed ?
