madskillz 1 Posted May 24 Posted May 24 Привет всем. Обновил прошивку и умер Эмби. Переустанавливал, удалял его. Не помогает

Now it will be possible to check Emby only later. 1
madskillz 1 Posted May 27 Author Posted May 27 By the way, when I just updated to version 5 and emby didn't start, there was an "emby" folder in the "home users" directory. I deleted it but left these logs. embyserver.txt embyserver-63883427756.txt

Can you try making a fresh start by deleting the server data folder: Emby Server Data Folder Are you willing to do that?
madskillz 1 Posted May 27 Author Posted May 27 (edited) That's right. The server was updated, emby stopped working! I tried to install, delete, and clean the folders 15 times. THEY ARE NO LONGER ON THE SERVER! I saved these 2 files by accident... NOW WHEN I RE-INSTALL EMBY, THE FOLDER IN THE HOME IS NO LONGER CREATED! Edited May 27 by madskillz
Luke 40018 Posted May 28 Posted May 28 Is that directly from the asustor machine? Or is that the web browser from another machine?
madskillz 1 Posted May 28 Author Posted May 28 Everywhere the same! In the console I click on the shortcut - a new window opens with this message.

The computer goes to the Storage web interface -> I click on the Emby server shortcut -> a new tab opens with the storage network address on port 8096. Next - to see screen

If you are connecting via browser from a different machine, then you will not be able to use http://127.0.0.1 as that is used only on the local Asustor itself. Are you able to show evidence that the Emby Server process is in fact actually running? Because it does not appear it is. What can you see inside the actual Asustor interface?
