Subtitles no longer playing on Android universial app

Hi Team,

I'm currently using the latest build of the Android Universal app (the version that works on Android TV). I've tested playback of the same file on Emby Web, and everything works fine there.

However, I came across a thread mentioning issues with SRT and ASS subtitles on the Universal app. Is this a known issue with the current version?

Edit: I converted a SRT subtitle file to an ASS subtitle file using Aegisub, and it seems to work on Universal?
