Emby for WebOS Multiple Audio Tracks Problem

Hi, I think I have the same issue. Trying to play for my son a cartoon which has a 2nd audio stream (dubbed), and after selecting the non default one (english) it sort of refreshes and then when I hit play it goes directly to a blank screen. See attached. 

I nees to either exit the lg app or hit back to home and retry to start. Sometimes it works from the firts time sometimes multiple attempts. It is strange as it does play two or three carttoons with the 2nd audio stream, and, after again the black screen so I need to redo all the steps to get it to work. 

Need your help as this is frustrating.

@serbans your issue is most likely due to restricting transcoding permissions from the user. Please read the help text underneath those options and decide if you still want to restrict them or not. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks.

I've tried switching on/off this option and I still have this freeze. The only solution I found is to exit the app and try again, but sometime it doesn't work from the firsts try, I might need to do that 2-3 times.

Hi, you've still restricted changing of container formats. Can you enable that?

already did that. it was enabled when I encountered the issue, disabled it as per recommandation still have issues, enabled it again still issues and i just left it off

Hi. This should be the latest one. It froze up on bluey s2 ep4. Had to go back to the main screen and hit play again. Extracted the log after. Hope this helps.
