FilippoBoscarin 0 Posted March 31 Author Posted March 31 Hi Luke, it seems like it is uncompatible. I try to load the upgrade file via App Center/Configuration. Arrives to 100% in loading. And then the attached message is shown and installation fails.
FilippoBoscarin 0 Posted March 31 Author Posted March 31 If I try to load the correspondent TOS5 version, it can be loaded but not activated.
Luke 40018 Posted April 27 Posted April 27 Hi, can you try downloading the latest version again? We have other users running TOS6, so you should be able to install it.
FilippoBoscarin 0 Posted May 10 Author Posted May 10 Same message olso with file emby_TOS_APP_4.8.11.0_x86_64.tpk
bharvey13 0 Posted May 12 Posted May 12 @LukeI'm having the same kind of problem reported here. I downloaded the latest package this evening for my TOS6 and I get the same error that the install cannot complete. How is one supposed to upgrade to the latest version on TOS6? There is no option to upgrade through the App Center and there is no Emby at all on the terramaster community place.
Luke 40018 Posted May 26 Posted May 26 Hi, can you try downloading and installing Emby Server 4.8.11 again? Thanks !

Sorry Luke, but the issue is unchanged... We are talking about this download, correct? 64-bit (https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Emby.Releases/releases/download/4.8.11.0/emby_TOS_APP_4.8.11.0_x86_64.tpk) Edited May 26 by FilippoBoscarin

bharvey13 0 Posted May 27 Posted May 27 Same for me, issue is not resolved. I get the same error as always.
