Desktop scrolling troubleshooting

Is anyone else having issues scrolling the Emby Desktop App using the mouse scroll wheel? For me, it works very sparingly and most times only if the cursor is off of an image (ie. poster/banner/etc). Sometimes I can get it to work if I jiggle the scroll bar on the side of the screen but usually stops working again after a short time. Do not think it is my mouse as the same thing happened on another computer I used to use.

Any ideas/feedback is appreciated! :)
