"Unlock feature" screen appears on the Apple devices of a new user of my EmbyServer (not Premiere)

Hi,

I just created a new user on my Emby v4.8.11.0 server (without a Premiere subscription) running on my Raspberry Pi.

Strangely, when this user launches a video from one of these devices (iPhone/iMac/Apple TV), the "Unlock feature" screen appears, while this isn't the case for my other users who also have Apple devices.

A few days ago, I ran some tests adding the IPTV plugin (without success) and the LiveTV section (also without success), so I deleted everything I had configured during these tests. Could it be that everything hasn't been completely cleaned up, and that EmbyServer is forcing a Premiere subscription or an app unlock for this reason?

What can I do so that the user can use the client app for free like my other users?

Thank you in advance for your response.

Regards,

damien.

I didn't have all the necessary information (.m3u file link). And then I don't have a "premiere" subscription even though it's obviously required.

Regards.

Because I looked for the information at the source but couldn't find it. I find that the page in question lacks visibility...

I'm fully aware of the work you're doing (I'm also a developer of tools that I distribute as freeware) but the Premiere subscription is too expensive for me. That said, I paid to unlock the AndroidTV client installed on my TV box.
