Yes, but when i am set 12000 kb the issue are gone... 40000 kn and 4k are always good (Image are 4k)

But the question still exists on why you limited your remote connection internet streaming limit in the first place?  But sounds like you just need to leave it blank unless you have a limited internet upload speed that may need to be shared by multiple remote user connections.

 

Also as a "Registered for MBSupporter" I would reenable Hardware acceleration also.
