Q1a. Does an extended premiere license require already purchasing/having a monthly standard premiere license?

Q1b. If so, does that mean I’ll have the standard 30 device limit + 50/80 devices for a total of 80/110 devices?

Q2. Is there a way to purchase an extended premiere license for 1 year or lifetime? I only see a monthly option.

Q3. Is there a way to upgrade a standard premiere license to extended to start immediately, and prorate whatever unused amount of time/money to the new plan?

Q4. On the website a monthly standard premiere license is $4.99, but if I try to purchase it through the Emby Mobile App the fee is $6.99. Why does it cost more?

Q5. I read that you can purchase multiple premiere licenses, but you can’t stack them. Why would you need/want to do this if they can’t be stacked?

No, numbers are not cumulative, you'll have 30 (standard) or 50/80 (extended) devices total.

No, monthly subscription only.

Likely App Store charge (AFAIK typically 30-ish %).

You can have multiple servers with different keys, each one counts it's own device limit. If you use same key on multiple servers, device limit is cumulative across all of them.

Hi.  Actually, the answer to this is no.  The extended plans are stand-alone.

Not really but if you send an email to billingsupport@emby.media we can try and work something out.  In some cases, the fees charged by the processors eat into it enough that it doesn't make much sense.

Correct.  Answered here: Is there a limit to Emby Premiere?

Also note that you must use a different email address to purchase a different license.

Yes.

So for example an extended premiere license for 50 devices would cost $4.99 + $13.99 = $18.98 per month?

You can only enter in 1 premiere key, so how does that work?

Additionally I don’t see any way to link a standard premiere license to an extended premiere license.

How could one of the possibilities be 30 devices if an extended premiere license requires purchasing both standard and extended?

Answered by @ebr, all extended plans are standalone.

@ebrWhat are the phrases used in their order for the Emby Premiere Status?

You have a Emby Premiere plan and your device usage is “xxx xxx xxx” limit.

The best way to gauge usage of device limits as far as I can tell is by this, so it’d help to know what are all the stages and in which order they display in.

Ive seen a couple of them, but am not sure of all and in what order.

"well within" "close to" "over"

"well within" "close to" "over"

By any chance do any of those 3 options correlate to a specific percentage or an amount to “X” of the device limit or similar?

"close to" will be indicated if you are within 5 devices of the limit.
