keith2045 7 Posted January 28 Posted January 28 My firetv stick died, so i got a new one. I'm having some playback issues on this one for some reason. It worked fine on my other FireTV Stick (and the others I have in my house). On some 480p movies i get green bars across the screen. Attached are some log files. Thanks embyserver-greenbars.txt ffmpeg-directstream-greenbars.txt
Luke 40096 Posted January 28 Posted January 28 Hi. Can you try searching for our standard android app (Just "Emby" on Amazon and "Emby for Android on Google) on the same device's app store and see how that compares? Thanks.

keith2045 7 Posted January 28 Author Posted January 28 Same thing, i already had the app installed from a previous issue. I didnt think about trying it. But i just opened the app and selected the movie. I can get logs, but that will take me a bit to do.
keith2045 7 Posted January 29 Author Posted January 29 Here are the logs for the "Emby" app instead of the "Emby for FireTV" embyserver.txt ffmpeg-directstream-df1f4ad1-b91b-486b-8a7f-845af9c6bc5d_1.txt
keith2045 7 Posted February 4 Author Posted February 4 I noticed that on a TV show it does the same thing, but if i turn on subtitles it stops. It doesnt work with the previous example. Here are the logs for the TV show if it helps embyserver.txt ffmpeg.txt

keith2045 7 Posted February 24 Author Posted February 24 Sorry for the delay, i didnt receive a notification that i had a reply. I have 3.4.36 installed (i believe that is the latest version, just installed today) Same issue. But i did notice a few things - On some videos (TV Shows mostly) if i enable subtitles the green lines go away, not for all files. If i remove subtitles the green lines come back - This seems to work most of the time, if i change the Quality from "Auto" to pretty much anything else the problem is gone. Even when the quality says "Auto - 480p 4 Mbps" I change it manually to 480p 4Mbps and i dont have any green bars Attached are some logs ffmpeg-transcode-6eda82de-33fe-4fd7-b974-a214dd6bb7e7_1.txt
Luke 40096 Posted February 28 Posted February 28 Hi, can you please show a screenshot example? Thanks.
