briancameron 1 Posted January 22 Posted January 22 Hi, I am having an issue on Mac Sequoia 15.2, emby 2.2.33 (29) When I add a trailer to a TV show, by placing the file in the Trailers folder, it is attempting to play a ._ hidden file before the trailer. So for example: black mirror-trailer.m4v will attempt to play ._black mirror-trailer.m4v and it will stop with the following pop up Playback Error No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details. I can click out of the pop up and click next and the trailer will play. This is obviously only affecting content on exFat drives. Any advice ? FYI: I need these drives to remain exFat as they need to multi-os compatible for non-emby access reasons.
Luke 40021 Posted January 22 Posted January 22 Hi there, let's look at an example. Please attach the information requested in how to report a media playback issue. Thanks!

Solution Luke 40021 Posted January 22 Solution Posted January 22 OK so we are not ignoring these under the trailers folder like we should be. We'll take a look at it. Thanks.
