michael70199 0 Posted January 3 Posted January 3 Hi All, Hoping someone can help me here. I have a firestick and am using Emby. It doesnt allow me to play any media and asks me to 'unlock'. i click on unlock and it says 'billing service unavailable on device'. the firestick is in my partners amazon account email address, where as Emby is in my email address. Someone said to me that Emby cannot communicate to make payment, but i struggle to see how as emby doesnt allow me to enter any card details. do i need to have the firesick set up in my amazon email account?

You must have sideloaded the APK and sideloaded apps cannot communicate with the Amazon store. This also must be the case because the current version does not have an unlock function anymore.

Tengo descargada la app oficial de fire stick y no me deja. por otro lado cuando pongo emby en mi FS me salen dos opciones de emby , cuál es la correcta ?

They are both "correct" and still work, though the Devs are working on unifying them into single Android app (just "Emby" in the store).

Only devices/apps that utilize Premiere features count towards device limit; if all 5 of your AndroidTV devices do, then no, your friend won't be able to play on AndroidTV app unless you have active Premiere subscription or they use another client app (some apps/platforms allow for free Full playback).
