Can't Connect To Server

I want to install Emby Theater so that I can designate using an external media player that allows pass through of Dolby Digital,  DTS HD  etc. audio to my home theater receiver when I use Emby Android for Firestick. The problem is that I get an error message that Emby Theater can't connect to server. The Theater app isn't blocked by Windows Firewall, so why isn't it connecting to the server?

Hi, are you sure the LAN ip address that you've entered is correct? Where did you get it from?

How did you install Emby Theater?

I'm using the IP address from the info on the server dashboard. I installed Theater from the Emby site. Is it possible that a firewall setting is stopping me from connecting Theater to the server?

Hi, can you try restarting Emby server and see if  that helps?
