Hello,

I have a WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra and a LG smart TV. I was requested to update the app on TV then I did it.

After updating the app asked me to update server as well, then I did it.

Now even though WD says the app has been installed correctly, if I click on configure what I get on a new browser tab is just a black page.

Tried both versions 4.8 and 4.9 beta - same issue. And the TV keeps saying I have to update Emby server, but this is due to the fact I didn't get in yet.

 

what can I try to do?

Hi, can you try clearing browsing data and seeing if that helps?

Hi Luke, thanks for answering. I tried already many different paths: multiple browsers, multiple devices - same story, unable to see anything although it's correctly installed. And obviously the TV keeps saying that Emby server version must be updated. 

I was able to downgrade the Emby server to previous working version 4.7.13, that one works smoothly but I can't downgrade the version on my TV - unless you tell me how to, using dev tools...

What address is in the browser address bar when this happens?
