48.3 in Huntsville, AL, 35810 schedule is wrong.  It is a sports channel but Emby thinks it is THE365.

Yes, it has recently changed.  Look where, exactly?  There is only one 48.3 in the mapping.

Okay, then let's give it a week or so.  It can take a while for the data provider to catch up with changes like this.

Have you checked the program guide lately?

It shows on our providers ticket system as being complete on Dec. 20th.
It might take a few days to roll out from that date, 

Even with a 14 day guide it should be available on Saturday, if not already.
