Timeline indicator on keep playing in the background is confusing

I have been testing the theater beta. It had a visual bug with white lines appearing on tv mode they were fixed except a white line came back when you enable playback at back. I stopped testing as I didn't like that line and waited for that bug to be fixed only it was discovered that it was not a bug but it is actually a timeline indicator. I have to say it is so confusing and to me it just doesn't look visually correct. I have been playing with inscape and something like this would be a better indicator currently it just looks like a border that doesn't extend all the way.

HI, that's odd. That actually looks more like a scrollbar that shouldn't be there. We'll take a look at it. Thanks.
