Raise the limit of the lag for subtitles

Hello Emby team,

I was trying to watch a TV show with different subtitles than the one the file came with. I downloaded them manually, BUT there were only subtitles available for the TV show incorporating the summary from the previous episode, which takes longer than a minute. I'm not sure why there is a hard set limit for that delay.

I had to use VLC which do not have this limit (it takes some time to load etc etc but in the end i could watch), for instance here i made a delay of -120s to have the subtitles matching with the length of the summary. Of course one could argue that you can download the videos with the summary but i don't think i saw an instance where they say if it includes it or not .

Would it be possible to raise or remove this limit? Maybe it could cause issues i am not aware, if so i'm sorry.
