But per what you posted what example are we looking at as all I see is you manually search for Aliens Collection.

Well first you download from the dashboard or go to your logs folder

But per you log you have no movie metadata requests.  As already posted you have a query for Aliens Collection.

Please refresh metadata on say all the Alien movies.

What schedule task as there is a library scan but that does not Refresh metadata?

You will need to do a Refresh metadata on a library and Replace or search for Missing metadata on the entire library.

But you can test of Refreshing metadata on a couple items that belong to the same collection.

None of those tasks refresh metadata, the metadata folder scan sort of does but that is if you are manually editing info in the metadata folder.

Your choice as you really only need to look for Missing but the end result will be the same.

alright, I'm seeing some collections appear in the Collections section, but no images yet for each collection

I will guess you will have to wait for the process to finish as I do not know the exact sequence in the fetching/scan process everything happens.

One other thing....some of the covers for my collection are showing up funny...like I looked up on the movie database for one boxset collection image, and I COULD find a correct cover that says Lethal Weapon Collection...but in Emby it shows the cover like as if it's a default cover where it has the covers of the four movies showing up in the cover for the box set...

you can see in the image I posted that it's doing the same thing for other box sets too such as The Kingsman instead of showing the proper "The Kingsman Collection" cover...

and what happens if you right-click on the Lethal Weapon collection and go to 'Edit Images'

If you then search for a new image:
