2 banks of channels w/ no/broken Guide mapping in the Kansas City area

The first bank are all labeled KCMN-LD and occupy the following channels  (These have no guide data, along with some QVC/HSN channels but these are the biggies)
42.1 (KCMN Infomercials)
42.2 (KCMN Defy)
42.3 (KCMN Movies)
42.4 (KCMN The Nest)
42.5 (KCMN Quest)
42.6 (KCMN QVC Plus)
42.7 (KCMN Soul of the South)

The second bank are all labeled KQML-LD and occupy the following channels.  This has guide mapping, but all of them are CBD Infomercials when in reality, they are unique channels with varying content (at least 3-4 of them are)

46.1 (KQML Azteca America HDTV)
46.2 (KQML Defy)
46.3 (KQML beIN Sports Xtra en Espanol)
46.4 (KQML Infomercials)
46.5 (KQML Infomercials)
46.6 (KQML Infomercials)
46.7 (KQML Infomercials)

I got the tags/channel names in the parenthesis from both ontvtonight.com and channelmaster.com
It would be real nice to have the guide information for most of those... 

This is for the 64030 area code btw, if an admin needs a finer location, feel free to PM me and I will provide a full street address... 

*note: 46.7 is not listed on either of the above sites, but I inferred what it would be from the content that's playing, which seems to be a copy of the three preceding channels)

Hi.  Missing mappings or missing entirely?  Exactly what lineup ID did you choose?  The OTA/zip?

I'm not sure I follow the first part.  The channels are there, but there is no guide data, and they don't have any logos/names next to the channels, for the first bank (the 42.1=42.7).  The second bank again doesn't get any channel names/logos, but does get some (incorrect) guide data.  They all say CBD Oil something or other, when they definitely are not ALL that.  There are a couple (represented b the Infomercials) that are showing some weird stuff about CBD oils.

I chose Local Over the Air Broadcast and my own zipcode which is 64030.

Here's a screenshot of the main issue, the second bank has switched from CBD Oils to 1 Day Bathroom Flip as you can see, but that's not playing on all of those channels, only a few:



There are also ATSC 3.0 channels that are not getting logos/guide data:


Those are FOX, PBS, and theSPOT which are all DRM Free ATSC 3.0 variants of 4.1, 19.1, and 38.1

Looks like the top bank of channels is not mapped at all, and the bottom bank are all mapped to 46.1 instead of their corresponding channels...

When manually mapping the channels, 42.1-42.7 have no channels in the guide data provided, and neither does 43.3 and 45.2-45.5.  I was able to manually change 46.2-46.5 because they had channel information in the provided guide, but 46.6 - 46.7 have no channels in the guide data either.

I'm in the Salt Lake City area and I'm having the exact same issue as JasonNalley, except, of course, on a couple of different banks channels that are missing mapped guide data. I'm running a HDHomeRun FLEX 4K, and selected Emby guide source with OTA for my zip code (84010). Selecting a channel with missing data will play the channel just fine, there's just no program data, so I can't schedule a recording, etc.

I have. None of the channels above show up in the drop down when I go into edit the channel. Example of the 8.* channels showing up in the drop down:
