Playback Error issue

Hi

There are a few movies I am trying to watch via Emby on my Samsung smart TV that do not play and come up with ‘No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details.’

I am far from tech savvy, so very basic ‘dumbed down’ instructions would be much appreciated to help fix this issue :)
