about premiere

hi, I've purchased premiere and got the key, but as I entered it to emby theater. It only appears a circle rounding over and over, I waited for about 10 minutes, nothing changed. I thought I've successfully saved the key, cause the key will show when I revisit the theater,  but my key seems failed to pass the check and I don't know why. Because emby theater still wants me to purchase the premiere. I believe it's a network error. Please help me to connect to premiere server. By the way, I've succeed in visiting https://mb3admin.com, and my server shows the golden coin, only my theater and my andorid phone failed.

Premiere is for the server only by entering the key, which it looks like you've already done.

Premiere key is not for entering on the client apps like Theater or Android, they will utilize the key attached to your server.

What does the 'Emby Premiere' tab on your server say under the 'Status' section of that page?

the status shows "You have a Lifetime Emby Premiere plan and your device usage is well within your limit."
but i still can not playback my media on emby server through my emby theater, I just check the status code for https://mb3admin.com, unfortunately, the code is 404, which makes me confused.
