Simple Data Consumption Record

I just came across some usage stats from my ISP and the amount of data they are saying i used while I was actually away from home doesn't seen accurate. I see the "Playback Reporting" screen, but is there anything that can give me a simplified accounting of how much data was used, just so I can verify the number make sense?
