Hello, I have a Spanish server, which does not have subtitles in Portuguese by default, is it possible to add subtitles in Portuguese? if yes, how? thanks

Is it your own server, or someone else's? 

You can download subtitles in many languages if you have access to do so. Manual Subtitle Downloads

You can either ask the server owner to download subtitles on your behalf, or you can ask them to grant your user permission to download subtitles.
