Duplicate Live TV - Allow Access on a per Tuner (M3U) source

Today access to Live TV is a all or nothing checkbox.

I have multiple sources (free IPTV streams and my local coaxial to IPTV at home). I would like to provide the free IPTV stream to some of my family members, for convenience of access, but I can't restrict the access to any other tuner source...

Or is there any other way that I am not aware?
