Open Subtitles credentials not working

I have been having issues downloading subtitles from Opensubtitles.com besides my login information being correct.

As in if I try to add subtitles manually it shows up with nothing, and prompts me on if subtitles is properly set up.

Ive confirmed that yes this is the log in for Opensubtitles.COM not .org.

As well as using my all lowercase username and not my email.

The only weird thing that I noticed is that my password doesn't update when change to the new one besides pressing save constantly.

But even then, I actually switched my password on Opensubtitles to the one Emby has as to avoid this issue and nothing still

I've already tried reinstalling the plugin, restarting the server multiple times. And pretty much everything in between short of a fresh install.

And well I ran out of options, anything else I can try or anything im missing?

Hi, I would try changing your password on opensubtitles.com and then reconfiguring it in Emby Server. Also if you're using a VPN, please try turning that off.

Please let us know if this helps. Thanks.

I wasn't running a vpn at the time so that couldn't have been the issue.

But I did try changing my password on Opensubtitles.com, it did take a bit to register and save it on the Emby server. As I'm still having the issue of it not saving/updating the password besides pressing save.

But that did the trick!

Thanks.
