FR Server Make update from Fanart.tv a seperate task

Hi,

 

It seems that updating from fanart.tv is part of the standard library scan. I would like to have this as its own task. It could then be scheduled per user requirements. Personally I would run this once a day, off hours, others may want a greater frequency. It adds a lot of time and overhead to the standard scan and logs a lot of 404 errors when no art is found. 

 

I like getting the art when available but once a day is enough for me. I tend to run a library scan more frequently.
