I would be happy to provide you with the new build if you were on the current beta. Suggest we wait until you switch to the current 4.9.0.30 beta. Any reason for staying with 4.9.0.14 ?

Hi, I would love to try 4.9.0.30 beta on macOS, but we don’t have the macOS version on that, I can only stay .14 since it’s the latest macOS beta I can try

Thanks @keemy and @alado70839 for trying out the later ffmpeg build for Mac M1/M2. Can you tell me if there are any new problems seen since switching to the newer build?

Excepting the existing problems, there is more lagging when enabling the Hardware transcoding on H264 files than software transcoding when doing remote streaming far for home. However, it’s the same issue as previous builds

Thank you. So no new seen issues when comparing the new build to the previous build in 4.9.0.14

@keemy Any issues with the later ffmpeg build that were not present before ?

Nothing new, just the same stuff I outlined before.
