christoph86 12
Quick question. When playing a movie in MBC the volume is quite a bit lower than live and recorded tv through WMC. Not a big deal, but I do have to turn up volume quite a bit. Is there a tweak or adjustment I for this?
ebr 14903
This would be related to the source files or the codecs - unless you are playing remotely and directly adjusting the volume.
christoph86 12
I figured as much but thought I'd ask.
Solution ronvp 92 Posted November 10, 2014 Solution Share Posted November 10, 2014 (edited) Try to adjust it at the hardware level Go to Control Panel, select sound, then double click on your active sound device Select the "Enhancements" tab Depending on the type of audio hardware, you should have an option for "Loudness Equalization" This will equalize the dB across all your media to the same level. christoph86 12
Took awhile to reply back but loudness equalization worked perfectly
