Blank Emby Home screen

I have been using Emby for a few months now and have transitioned from Plex. Everything seemed to be working well without any issues. However, just a day ago, Emby developed a very unusual fault. The Home Screen is completely blank, with no movies, home videos, collections, or anything else being displayed. I have not made any changes to my library, and when using other players, everything works as expected. I have tried allowing the library to be scanned again, refreshing the metadata, cleaning the cache and data on the Android app, reinstalling Emby, restarting my NAS Asustor, and even performing a soft reset on the Asustor in case there was a problem with the settings. Unfortunately, none of these actions have brought the videos back to the Emby Home screen. I have attached screenshots for your reference.

 

Could you please provide some insights into what might be causing this issue and how I can resolve it? I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

HI, is that the Emby web app? did you try clearing browsing data? What address is in the browser address bar?
