ZanderKeen 60 Posted July 7, 2024 Posted July 7, 2024 I know this is being looked into but I'm just adding my 2-cents to this post too. We have noticed this happen a couple of times now on our apple tv devices with movies as well. Nothing is showing errors or different in the server logs outside of showing a normal play and stop from the device when it happens. If this helps any, I had one video in particular that it happened on often. It was 720p30 MP4 and I threw the file into HandBrake and re-encoded it using that program at the same 720p30 MP4 file but it came out almost 100mb smaller and the issue seems to have stopped.

The Apple TVs give the best user experience, remote and software layout other apps etc but the sync issue makes it unusable. This sync issue needs to be given some serious love so that it gets resolved ASAP.
