Hey everyone

I configured the opensub plugin with a vip account, now I nor my users can search for subtitles.. this message always pops up “ No results found. Have your configured… “

I tried a lot of movies and nothing works it won’t give me at least a list of subs .

I’m sure that the sub is there I tried popular movies and have the correct metadata for the movie but nothing is appearing.

I tried uninstalling and re-installing the plugin and didn’t work unfortunately

any way I can fix that ? Opensub is essential for me

I suspect this may be something to do with the change from .org to .com - but I'm sure someone will be along to confirm the details.

Registered on .Com

The current support is based on .org which is a different system. We'll be switching to .com in the near future but we're not there yet.

@Lukeused now an account on .org , still won’t work either manual or automated downloads .. I’ll attach the log if it helps

Why exactly do you think it's not working?

The manual search for subtitles on every movie or show doesn’t show any subtitles even tho the metadata and imdb id is correct and tried it on popular movies on different languages , but also didn’t work it’s frustrating

I tried now one movie using Infuse using emby server and it shows a list of subs , but in emby app with the same exact file , won’t work.. there’s clearly an issue IMG_7488.thumb.png.5488116dba9c9229db9bb996af1514e4.pngIMG_7489.thumb.jpeg.396e934822697523c119c0fd1aa3b739.jpeg

What are your subtitle settings in the libraries? They can affect search results if too strict.
