Cinema Mode always plays trailer for the movie I'm about to watch

Hi,

since a few weeks I'v been witnessing a strange behavior  with Cinema Mode while using Kodi. For every movie I watch the first trailer is always for that movie. After that the normal trailer selection follows. This does not happen when watching a movie directly from the Emby web interface. Can you give me some guidance how to stop this from happening?

I'm running Emby 4.7.13, with Kodi 19.5 and Emby for Kodi Next Gen 7.13.7
