Unreliable tuning issues

I've come across an issue where a channel will be unplayable,  when I look in the logs, it seems like the URL can't be accessed for the stream, but if I restart Emby and try again, it'll tune the channel without issue.  I've noticed that the m3u8 url from the provider resolves to something entirely different when the files are served up.  I'm wondering if Emby caches the m3u8 url and if it can be forced to re-resolve it entirely when tuning to a channel for providers that might be changing where those URLs point to frequently.

Will grab logs next time it occurs.   Unfortunately I was trying to restore the feed so didn't have time to collect a before and after in that instant.

Issue started to occur at around 9:05 pm.  Tuning to some channels would take minutes, the bulk of them would say no compatible streams available. 

I am getting stuff like this in the transcode/directstream/remux log

https://38-68-205-40.servers.tips:5052/live3/yMUVJ0zZlkCwwDC9tbzMew/344331/1683696156/24001436.m3u8:  Server returned 4XX Client Error, but not one of 40{0,1,3,4}

However, I can drop into putty and wget the URL without issue.  Restarting the server has not helped in this instance. 

It seems like I have to attempt to tune to the channel once, let it fail, and then try again and on the 2nd try it'll work about 50% of the time.  Stopped testing at 930pm to submit logs 

VOD content via strm files is unaffected, seems only related to livetv.  I apologize for the volume of log files but there were 5 active users on the server while I was troubleshooting.
