How to stop Emby from changing manually uploaded images?

It is very confusing. I added manually images to my music folders and they display until the next time i start the server. This behavior seems erratic and this is why i did not purchase emby premier.

@franekbg can you please provide a specific example? Thanks.

The cd tracks are on //media/music/beatles album x. I copied an image file to the folder and then added it via "add images". Works fine. The next time the server is restarted the image does not show up. Tried refreshing metadata with all possible options and nothing helps. Only adding the image again works. The bad thing is that i have multiple albums with missing images. it is very annoying.

Thanks for your interest in this case.

What exactly does show up?

Why did you do both?

I tried to replicate the problem and i cannot. tried restarting the emby server and the Centos box and neither the first restart nor the reboot did the trick the image is still showing on the server. However, many images still in the media directories are not showing, even though they used to some time ago.
