Scrolling speed

Is there a way to control the speed of scrolling through titles?  It seems like scrolling speed goes from 0 to 100% when you hit the threshold line on the screen.

|---100%---|--------0--------|---100%---|

My wife kept flying by the title she wanted numerous times

Could the scrolling speed have a gradient across the screen like the following?

|---100%---|----75%----|---50%---|--25%--|--------0--------|--25%--|---50%---|----75%----|---100%---|

Thanks!

I have searched for this answer but have come up empty, It seems when you are scrolling through your media by pressing and holding a directional button, it scrolls way to fast. You start in the A's and in a split second you are in the N's. I do not seem to have this issue in Classic Emby MCE. Am I missing a simple setting somewhere or does everyone just deal with it? Thanks!

Strange. I think it's just about right. How many titles are you scrolling through?

Ha, great, with that response, sounds like it is isolated to me. This would explain why I did not find anything about it LOL. I have 1162 movies. I can try to get a video sample for you if you like?

Sure that would be great, thanks.

Well, apparently I am not permitted to upload MP4s so here is a OneDrive link to see the videos:

I have provided 2 videos, one of Emby Theater and the other of Emby Classic. Theater is what scrolls fast and Classic is much better. Both videos are using the same computer and remote while holding the navigational button.

Did my link not work for my videos? If not, do you have another recommended way to submit videos?

Ok, I am back and ready to tackle this topic again. I still feel like the scrolling speed is way too fast in Emby Theater for Windows. When I say "scrolling speed" I mean when you are in your movies for example and you press and hold the down arrow key on your keyboard or remote, it scrolls sooooo fast that next thing you know you have passed 500 movies and are in the N's. I have tried this on multiple computers with the same result. I have taken a video however I am not allowed to upload mp4's or other video files to this thread. I would think when press an hold a directional arrow key, it would scroll quick but slow enough to be able to scan the videos you are passing and maybe gradually get faster the longer you hold the button. Is mine broke or am I missing a setting or am I just a whiny person with too much time on my hands?

I am currently and have had this issue from long ago too. It was many years ago when you posted this with no replies. Did you ever get a solution? I have created another thread but I have not had any luck from others complaining about the same issue :(

For our main TV, I have switched over to using an Apple TV.  This issue doesn't affect me anymore.  When on my desktop, I already know what I'm going to watch so I don't tend to scroll around.
