frednobel303 0
Hi, I did all the troubleshooting I could and it looks like this is a bug that needs to be fixed, and not an issue on my side. Windows firewall is off, permissions have been granted to the app in two places, and since it works on my phone and not my chromebook, it looks like an app issue. I just got Emby Premiere and downloads work fine on my phone, but failed with my chromebook. Same server for both. If I select Internal Storage, it downloads fine. I have attached server log. Please help or please fix! embyserver (1).txt Edited January 25, 2023 by frednobel303

Luke 37054
@frednobel303this is strange. I just tested on my Chromebook and it worked just fine. Can you try using the 3-dot menus to remove the existing downloads? Get it back to an empty state and then try to download one video. Please let us know how that goes. Thanks !
