Sometimes I look and look, then right after posting a question, then I find.... If there is, I might assume it is in the 'Post-processing application:' section...? I've been a Tablo source user for a long time, and thumbnails are automatically generated, but I can't find any setting in my Emby Live TV setup options that would seem to drive it.
